Basketball Recap: Galesburg Starts Season with Win at Home + How To Watch

Galesburg took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Camp Point Central Panthers 66-33. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 43-18.

Loss or not, Camp Point Central got some senior leadership from Agnes Genenbacher and Gwen Huston. Genenbacher posted nine points, while Huston earned eight points.

Coming up, Galesburg will look to defend their home court on Friday against Robinson at 7:00 p.m. As for Camp Point Central, they will face off against Abingdon/Avon at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
