Baseball Recap: Northern Bedford County Wins Going Away Against Forbes Road

Northern Bedford County won the last time they faced Forbes Road and things went their way on Thursday too. The Panthers were the clear victors by an 11-2 margin over Forbes Road. Considering the Panthers' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Carter Watson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on six hits.

At the plate, Wesley Horsh was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Alex Kochara, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
