Cedar lost to Ridgeline back in October of 2020, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Reds won by a set and slipped past the Riverhawks 3-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Reds.

Cedar's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Ridgeline, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.

Coming up, Cedar will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Dixie at 7:00 p.m. As for Ridgeline, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Olympus on the 5th.
