Softball Recap: Ross Victorious

While Ross's victory against Sandusky wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Little Giants narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Blue Streaks 5-4. That's more bragging rights for the Little Giants, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory got Ross back to even at 9-9. As for Sandusky, they dropped their record down to 8-10 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Ross will head out to square off against Bowling Green at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Little Giants are facing the Bobcats at the right time seeing as the Bobcats are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Sandusky, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Columbian at 4:45 p.m. on Friday.
