Volleyball Recap: Bloomfield Comes Up Short

Bloomfield lost against South Knox back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Cardinals fell 3-1 to the Spartans. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: South Knox scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-22, 17-25, 25-20.

Bloomfield's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for South Knox, they pushed their record up to 12-8 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Bloomfield has already played their next matchup (against North Knox), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for South Knox, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Evansville Christian on the 30th.
