Volleyball Recap: Bloomfield Comes Up Short

Bloomfield lost against South Knox back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Cardinals fell 3-1 to the Spartans. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: South Knox scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-22, 17-25, 25-20.

Bloomfield's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for South Knox, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bloomfield will welcome North Knox at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Knox, they will take on Evansville Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
