After both having extra time off, the two teams will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Founders Christian will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

Founders Christian is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Second Baptist University-Model: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Founders Christian blew Second Baptist University-Model out of the water with a 55-5 final score. That 50 point margin sets a new team best for the Falcons this season.

Meanwhile, Calvary Baptist suffered their biggest defeat since December 12, 2023 two weeks ago. They were beaten by Alpha Omega Academy 88-58.

Founders Christian will have to keep a close watch on Tyler Wilson and Cannon Hargrave, a pair of players who had a big impact on Calvary Baptist's prior game. Wilson went 9 of 16 on his way to 25 points and six assists, while Hargrave went 6 of 15 on his way to 18 points. That was a full 43.1% of Calvary Baptist's points, marking the seventh time in a row he's posted more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Thomas Heine, who had six points.

Founders Christian pushed their record up to 10-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.5 points per game. As for Calvary Baptist, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-5.
