Volleyball Recap: Higley Falls Short Against Ranked Perry

Higley faced Perry in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Knights lost 3-0 to the Pumas. The defeat continues a trend for the Knights in their meetings with the Pumas: they've now lost three in a row.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-21, 25-16.

Higley's loss dropped their record down to 33-8-2. As for Perry, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 23 of their last 24 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 41-4 record this season.

Higley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Perry, they have already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Highland on the 17th.
