            Pelion's game  last Friday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Monday. They were the clear victors by  a  15-4 margin over the Richland Northeast Cavaliers. Considering the Panthers' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

 Seth Wren made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. He is becoming a predictor of Pelion's success: when he allows at  most three  hits the team is undefeated (and 3-11 when he doesn't). Wren was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-5. That's the most  runs  he has posted since back in March.
 In other batting news,  Alan Moore was  incredible,  going 2-for-5 with three  runs, three  RBI,  and one  triple. That's the most  runs  he has posted since back in March.  Blake Brown was another key player,  going 4-for-5 with two  RBI and one  double.
 Pelion  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 17  hits. They are  a perfect 3-0 when  they post 11 or more  hits.
Pelion's win  ended  a  three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 6-11. As for Richland Northeast, they dropped their record down to 1-13 with the  loss, which was their 12th straight  at home dating back to last season.
Pelion will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Cavaliers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
