After a string of three wins, Kellyville's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell to the Preston Pirates 48-44. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Ponies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 51-30 back in December of 2024.

Kellyville's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-6. As for Preston, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kellyville will face off against Henryetta at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Henryetta will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Kellyville surely won't give up without a fight. Preston has already played their next match (against Morris), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
