Recap: Greene County Tigers vs. Towns County Indians

The Greene County Tigers entered their tilt with the Towns County Indians with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Greene County walked away with a 67-55 win over Towns County on Tuesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

Despite the loss, Towns County still got an impressive performance from Kaleigh Beaver, who scored 17 points along with six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Emma Lallement, who scored nine points along with nine rebounds.

Greene County's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-9. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points per game. As for Towns County, their loss dropped their record down to 11-5.
