Softball Recap: Olympus Gets the Win

Olympus won the last time they faced Skyline and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Titans walked away with a 10-6 win over the Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Titans.

Allisson Robles was a standout: she got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Charlotte Comer, who went 3-for-4 with five stolen bases, two runs, and one double.

Olympus hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post two or more strikeouts.

Olympus' record now sits at 9-7. As for Skyline, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-12.

Looking ahead, Olympus will face off against Bountiful at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Titans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Redhawks have averaged an impressive 6.8 runs per game this season. As for Skyline, they will take on Corner Canyon at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Chargers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.64 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of.
