Herington won the last time they faced Solomon and things went their way on Thursday too. The Railroaders came out on top against the Gorillas by a score of 2-0.

Herington never let Solomon on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-22.

Herington's victory bumped their record up to 9-15-2. As for Solomon, their loss was their eighth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-20-3.

Coincidentally, Herington and Solomon will both be playing Douglass the next time they take the court. The Gorillas will host the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Railroaders will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
