Fans got a thrill when Kyle Kesul and Brandon Altergott connected against Prairie Ridge. The longest such play in Fox Valley - Valley this season, the connection resulted in 79 yards.

Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, Jacobs beat South 26-20. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.

Huntley's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Blake Jacobs threw for 185 and 2 touchdowns and Altergott had 130 yards receiving. On the ground Jacobs chipped in 67 yards. Josh Esikiel helped Huntley's passing attack out by catching 7 balls for 106 yards.

He went 12-16 with 1 interception.

Jacobs put up the best numbers through the air as the Red Raiders topped the Wolves. Jacobs' favorite target this week was Altergott, who caught 3 passes for 130 yards.

Huntley's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Red Raiders feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jacobs has thrown for 782 yards and 8 touchdowns this season, while Esikiel has 27 catches for 318 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Jacobs takes on Cary-Grove. William Mitz's team is currently in second, while the Trojans are in third.

Huntley scaled the state rankings by moving to 119 from 161 this week, the biggest jump in Fox Valley - Valley. John Hart's team climbed the ranks as a result of besting Prairie Ridge 62-7.
