Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clinton). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Roane County Yellowjackets 74-40. The Dragons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Roane County still got an impressive performance from Aiden O'Leary, who shot 42% from the field en route to 21 points. That was a full 52.5% of the Yellowjackets' points, marking the third time in a row O'Leary has posted more than a third of the team's points. Bless Oleary was another key player, putting up six points.

Clinton pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.8 points over those games. As for Roane County, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Clinton will square off against Karns at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Roane County, they will take on Harriman at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
