The Woodlands had won three straight home games and Ava Gibbs did her part to make it four on Tuesday. The Highlanders put the hurt on the Conroe Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win thanks in part to Gibbs, who had 15 digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 36 games she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: The Woodlands took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-14, 25-12.

The Woodlands' victory bumped their record up to 21-18. As for Conroe, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 15 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-24 record this season.
