Softball Recap: Sierra Chieftains vs. Granite Hills Grizzlies
Sierra came out on top against Granite Hills on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run fourth inning. The Chieftains skirted past the Grizzlies 7-6. With that victory, the Chieftains brought their scoring average up to 6.1 runs per game.
Naliyah Gibson was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and one stolen base. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenley Terry, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.
