Baseball Recap: Pauls Valley Takes a Loss

Pauls Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-5 heartbreaker at the hands of the Shawnee Wolves.

Tanner Perry was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Pauls Valley is 2-1 when Perry posts two or more runs, but 3-24 otherwise.

Pauls Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 5-25. As for Shawnee, their victory bumped their record up to 7-20.
