Volleyball Recap: Sheboygan South Takes a Loss

Sheboygan South lost against Campbellsport back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Redwings took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars. The Redwings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-17.

Campbellsport was led to victory by Smith Ellie and Schwartz Gracie. Ellie had eight kills and six digs, while Gracie had five aces and four digs. That's the most aces Gracie has posted since back in August.

Sheboygan South's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Campbellsport, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-11 record this season.

Sheboygan South has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against University School of Milwaukee on the 27th. As for Campbellsport, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Port Washington on the 27th.
