Baseball Recap: Southeast Golden Buffalo vs. Heights Falcons

Southeast extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping their season record down to 4-14-2 in the process. They came up short against the Heights Falcons, falling 13-3. That's two games in a row now that the Golden Buffalo have lost by exactly ten runs.

Jacob Brannan was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one double. That run was his first of the season. Brody Crane was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one double.

Coming up, Southeast will square off against Kapaun Mt. Carmel on Tuesday. As for Heights, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Pioneers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight.
