Ragsdale and Southwest Guilford are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2015, but not for long. The Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Cowboys at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Southwest Guilford took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Ragsdale, who comes in off a win.

Meanwhile, Southwest Guilford was not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were beaten by Dudley 54-0. While losing is never fun, the Cowboys can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina football rankings (they are ranked 314th, while the Panthers are ranked 81st).

Southwest Guilford's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Ragsdale, their victory bumped their record up to 2-7.
