Zion Christian Academy hasn't had much luck against Christian Community recently, but that could start to change on Friday. They fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 4-3. Eagles fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Falcons since on Monday.

J.T. Fox was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Surratt, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Christian Community lost 19-5 to Westmoreland on Tuesday. The Colts have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

This is the second loss in a row for Zion Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 4-6. As for Christian Community, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
