Basketball Recap: Northumberland Takes a Loss

Northumberland lost against Colonial Beach back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Northumberland Indians came up short against the Colonial Beach Drifters, falling 48-25.

Northumberland has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season. As for Colonial Beach, they pushed their record up to 15-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northumberland will take on Rappahannock at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Colonial Beach, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lancaster at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
