Volleyball Recap: Cesar E. Chavez Comes Up Short

Cesar E. Chavez was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Westside Wolves. The Lobos were not able to make up for their defeat to the Wolves from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-12, 25-17.

Cesar E. Chavez's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Westside, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-11.

Coincidentally, Cesar E. Chavez and Westside will both be playing Heights the next time they take the court. The Wolves will head out to face the Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Lobos will host them at 4:30 p.m. on October 7.
