            Volleyball Recap: Walled Lake Northern Knights vs. Hartland Eagles        
        
		
        
        
            Walled Lake Northern was handed  a  three-set  loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene  on Thursday. They won by a  set and slipped past the Hartland Eagles  2-1. This was a revenge game for the Knights: when they faced off against the Eagles  on October 6th, they had to take a  2-0  defeat.
 Walled Lake Northern had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-28, 25-23,  17-15.

 Walled Lake Northern was led to victory by  Jordan Kaplan and  Brogan Miller.  Kaplan  had 13  assists and five  digs, while  Miller  had six  digs and two  aces. That's the most  digs  Kaplan has posted  over her last eight  matches.
Walled Lake Northern moved to 16-12-1 with that  win, which also ended their five-match losing streak. As for Hartland, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-20 record  this season.
