Governor Mifflin is a perfect 3-0 against Lebanon since October of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Mustangs will host the Cedars at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Governor Mifflin is headed into Friday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight games on Friday. They took a blow against Conestoga Valley, falling 51-21. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 179th, while the Buckskins are ranked 32nd).

Meanwhile, Lebanon had to suffer through a 42-7 loss at the hands of Elizabethtown. The Cedars have struggled against the Bears recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Lebanon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Governor Mifflin, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Everything came up roses for Governor Mifflin against Lebanon in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 56-18 victory. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Cedars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
