Volleyball Recap: Wayland Comes Up Short

Wayland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Zeeland West Dux.

Wayland's defeat dropped their record down to 6-26. As for Zeeland West, they moved to 10-16 with that win, which also ended their four-match losing streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Wayland will venture away from home to face off against Hopkins at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Zeeland West, they will head out to square off against Byron Center at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
