Volleyball Game Preview: Ludlowe Falcons vs. Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers

The Ludlowe Falcons will head out to take on the Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Ludlowe turned things around against McMahon on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Senators.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-18, 25-10.

Ludlowe's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Guy Julavits, who had ten digs and eight assists. Those eight assists gave Julavits a new career-high.

Ludlowe was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 16 aces. They are a perfect 3-0 when they serve at least ten aces.

Meanwhile, Bridgeport Central had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Norwalk by a score of 3-1 on Saturday.

Ludlowe's record now sits at 4-8. As for Bridgeport Central, their record is now 8-6.
