Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Suffolk Christian Academy). They snuck past Ahoskie Christian with a 59-54 win on Monday. The victory was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on three straight.

Despite the defeat, Ahoskie Christian saw an underclassman step up: freshman Jaelen Rascoe dropped a double-double on 28 points and 12 boards. The game was Rascoe's 11th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Tyler Martin, who went 6 of 10 en route to 15 points.

Suffolk Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season. As for Ahoskie Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7.
