Baseball Recap: Clovis Comes Up Short

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Clovis was a bit more limited in their contest on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Roswell Coyotes by a score of 2-1. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Coyotes earlier this season, when they won 11-1.

Clovis dropped their record down to 13-13 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Roswell, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-14 record.

As of now, neither Clovis nor the Coyotes have any future games scheduled.
