Soccer Game Preview: Kohler vs. Oostburg

The Kohler Blue Bombers will face off against the Oostburg Flying Dutchmen on Thursday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Kohler comes in on four and Oostburg on eight.

Kohler is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. Their defense stepped up to hand Dominican a 2-0 shutout. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Kohler were the better team in the second half.

Diego Cardenas was the driving force of Kohler's attack as he scored both of Kohler's goals, bringing his season total up to 39 goals.

Meanwhile, Oostburg got the win against Heritage Christian on Saturday by a conclusive 3-0. The result was nothing new for Oostburg, who have now won 13 contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Kohler's victory bumped their record up to 15-5-1. As for Oostburg, their win bumped their record up to 16-1-1.
