Glenn dropped down to 3-4 on Friday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell 28-23 to the Belleville Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Rockets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 159th, while the Tigers are ranked 33rd).

Julian McLeod threw for 40 yards on four of seven attempts. On the ground, Ray Watson rushed for 82 yards and one score.

As for Belleville, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.7 points over those games.

Belleville was led to victory by Trenton Foley and Kendall Franklin. Foley rushed for 74 yards and a pair of TDs, while Franklin rushed for 47 yards.

Looking ahead, Glenn will challenge Fordson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rockets will need to watch out since the Tractors have now posted at least 31 points in their last five contests. As for Belleville, they will face off against Wayne Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
