Volleyball Recap: GRACE Christian's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home + How To Watch

If GRACE Christian was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Thales Academy Apex last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ravenscroft Ravens on Wednesday. The Eagles were not able to make up for their loss to the Ravens from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-16, 23-25, 25-16, 25-18.

GRACE Christian's offense was headlined by Carlee Passey and Dani Phipps, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Izzy West and her 12 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

GRACE Christian's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-5. As for Ravenscroft, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, GRACE Christian will challenge New Life Camp at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Ravenscroft, they will take on St. David's at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
