Basketball Game Preview: Scarborough Red Storm vs. Windham Eagles

Scarborough has won three straight games at home, while Windham has won three straight on the road dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much on Saturday. The Scarborough Red Storm will welcome the Windham Eagles at 1:00 p.m.

On Thursday, Scarborough ended up a good deal behind Noble and lost 63-46. The contest marked the Red Storm's lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Windham faced off against Marshwood on Thursday. Windham managed a 68-62 victory over Marshwood. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Maine basketball rankings (they are ranked fourth, while the Hawks are ranked 47th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Scarborough has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Windham, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.
