Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Letcher County Central). They never let the Cordia Lions get on the board and left with a 17-0 win on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Cougars sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Letcher County Central pushed their record up to 13-8 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Cordia, they are on a 21-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Letcher County Central beat the Lions by a score of 17-2 later that day.
