Everything went their way against the Northwest Knights on Wednesday as they made off with a 20-1 victory. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Rockets with their most commanding win of the season.
Evan Sandfoss looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Sam Whitcomb, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one RBI. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Eric Reinhart also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
