There's no place like home for Cloudcroft, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. Everything went their way against the Capitan Tigers on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-15, 25-21.

Cloudcroft's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Capitan, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Cloudcroft will square off against rival Lordsburg at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Capitan is set to face off against their familiar foe Mescalero Apache at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
