Basketball Recap: Amboy Comes Up Short

Amboy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 63-46 to the Bureau Valley Storm. The Clippers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Storm from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

Amboy's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Bureau Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-9 record this season.

Looking ahead, Amboy will take on Forreston at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Bureau Valley, they will square off against Morrison at 6:00 p.m. on February 24th.
