Basketball Recap: Valley Fellowship Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Valley Fellowship Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Tabernacle Torches, falling 58-19. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the n/a of the 44-10 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Justin Bartlett was Valley Fellowship Christian Academy's leading scorer, having posted six points. Hayden Jones held things down on the boards with eight rebounds. Kaiden Kelsey took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.

Valley Fellowship Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Tabernacle, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 6-10.
