Recap: Far Northeast W Warriors vs. Denver North Vikings
The Far Northeast W Warriors lost against the Denver North Vikings back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Far Northeast W took a serious blow against Denver North, falling 58-10. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Far Northeast W has scored all season.
It was another big night for Solana Diaz, who scored 15 points along with nine rebounds for Denver North. The match was Diaz's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Lillianna Bateman was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with six rebounds.
Far Northeast W's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Denver North, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Far Northeast W will face off against DSST: Montview at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Denver North is on the road again on Saturday and play against Gateway at 10:30 a.m. on January 13th.
