Soccer Recap: Delaware Valley Classical Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Delaware Valley Classical can now relate to. They fell just short of the Calvary Christian Academy LIONS by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty seven goals in the game before, Delaware Valley Classical couldn't push the score so high this time.

Their goal came courtesy of Jason Duncan PCA, who's now up to six this season.

Delaware Valley Classical's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7-4. As for Calvary Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5-3 record this season.

Delaware Valley Classical does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Calvary Christian Academy, they have already played their next match, a 1-0 win against Faith Baptist School on the 17th.
