DSST: Conservatory Green extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Leah Torres. The Hornets came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Manual Thunderbolts with plenty of help from Torres, who had 39 digs and two aces. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 10.8 digs per game.

DSST: Conservatory Green took Manual into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-16, 25-19, 26-28, 15-9.

Leading DSST: Conservatory Green to victory were Sofia Santos and Mia Martin. Santos had 13 digs, while Martin had 26 digs, six kills, and five aces. That's the most kills Martin has posted since back in October of 2024.

They weren't the only good servers: DSST: Conservatory Green was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 12 aces in three consecutive matchups.

Despite the loss, Manual still got an impressive performance from Savannah Hogarth, who had 12 kills.

DSST: Conservatory Green's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Manual, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

DSST: Conservatory Green didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against George Washington on the 27th. As for Manual, they will take on DSST: Cedar at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
