Baseball Recap: Calhoun Takes a Loss

Calhoun lost against West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors lost 13-1 to the Cougars.

Calhoun saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cooper Klocke, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Calhoun's loss dropped their record down to 16-5. As for West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs], their win bumped their record up to 17-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calhoun will challenge Greenfield/Northwestern at 4:30 p.m. on the 15th. As for West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs], they will face off against New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
