Seminary hadn't done well against Raleigh recently (they were 1-7 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Lions by a score of 9-5. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-4 back in March.

Seminary's win bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Raleigh, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-14-1.

Looking ahead, Seminary is taking a road trip to square off against Columbia at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Raleigh, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Puckett at 6:00 p.m. The Wolves will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight.
