Basketball Game Preview: Orem Tigers vs. Hurricane Tigers

Orem will venture away from home to square off against Hurricane at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Orem's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

Orem saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They fell 62-58 to Corner Canyon. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Chargers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Hurricane hadn't beaten Canyon View on the road since January 30, 2020 but that history sure didn't bother them on Saturday. The Tigers took their game with ease, bagging a 73-31 victory over the Falcons. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Orem better keep an eye on Brigham Kemp. He was instrumental in Hurricane's win, dropping a double-double with 28 points and 12 steals. Another player making a difference was Clyde Berrett, who went 7-for-9 to rack up 15 points.

Orem's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Hurricane, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
