Olathe Northwest is a perfect 6-0 against Lawrence since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Ravens will host the Lions. Lawrence took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Olathe Northwest, who comes in off a win.

Olathe Northwest is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Kansas' top teams: Shawnee Mission South, who was ranked 21st at the time (Olathe Northwest was ranked 15th). The Ravens' defense stepped up to hand the Raiders a 2-0 shutout on Tuesday. Olathe Northwest haven't had any issues with Shawnee Mission South recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Lawrence was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of Olathe East.

Olathe Northwest's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-4-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five contests. As for Lawrence, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9.

Olathe Northwest was able to grind out a solid win over Lawrence in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, winning 2-0. Will the Ravens repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
