Soccer Recap: Foster Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Foster was not quite Bellaire's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They came up short against the Bellaire Cardinals, falling 3-0. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cardinals apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Foster has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Bellaire, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-3.

Foster will host George Ranch at 7:15 p.m. on January 21st. As for Bellaire, they will head out to challenge Summer Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Summer Creek is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season.
