Basketball Recap: Strawn Snaps Ten-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Gordon, Strawn was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 70-14 win over the Moran Bulldogs. That looming 70-14 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Greyhounds yet this season.

When it comes to explaining why Moran lost, don't look at Ellis Hise. Despite the final result, he posted ten points in addition to eight boards and three blocks. Hise has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played.

Strawn's victory ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-10. As for Moran, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 15 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-18 record this season.
