Basketball Recap: Colton-Pierrepont Colts vs. St. Regis Falls Saints
Colton-Pierrepont had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the St. Regis Falls Saints 69-31 on Monday. The Colts pushed the score to 51-25 by the end of the third, a deficit the Saints had little chance of recovering from.
Ty Farns had an outrageously good game as he earned 22 points along with six steals and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Cody Trimm, who went 6 for 14 en route to 13 points plus six rebounds and five assists.
Colton-Pierrepont will face off against Town of Webb at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Regis Falls, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Lawrence Central at 7:15 p.m. on December 16th.
