Manitowoc Lutheran extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Makiah Krause. Everything went the Lancers' way against the Hilbert Wolves on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win with plenty of help from Krause, who had six aces and three digs. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Manitowoc Lutheran was: they took every set by at least 15 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-9, 25-10.

Manitowoc Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 20-8. As for Hilbert, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-19 record this season.
