Softball Recap: El Dorado Golden Hawks vs. La Habra Highlanders
After flying high against Sunny Hills last Thursday, El Dorado came back down to earth. The Golden Hawks fell just short of the La Habra Highlanders by a score of 6-5 on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Highlanders this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-1 defeat on April 10th.
Renay Chavez was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with two runs and one double. Presley Marquez was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
